I could not be happier with how Glacier Roofing worked with me.
I had a fast close when I found out the property needed a roof, I wanted a quote before we finalized numbers. This team was able to show up same-day (unheard of) and gave me two quotes to choose from, with different materials in each.
After that they…
– kept me in the loop with each step of the process
– were great at communicating
– gave me plenty of notice for when deposit was due
– got me scheduled quickly
– arrived on time on the date they promised
Best of all, the entire project was completed in one day for almost no interruption to my daily use.
I could not be happier and will absolutely be referring them to anyone else I come across that needs a roof in the area.

Glacier was recommended to us by a family friend who is a GC, and we couldn’t be happier.
Our project manager (Drew) was very friendly and helpful, and came out to recheck for gaps in the sheeting before we had even agreed to the job. Lots of communication from him at all stages of the project, so we always knew what was going on, even if it was just waiting for materials.
Once the work started (which was actually AHEAD OF SCHEDULE), our subcontractor (Andreas) was also very friendly, worked quickly, and even spent hours cleaning up the debris from removing the old roof…on a SATURDAY.
The new roof looks great, should last for a few decades, and we no longer have to worry about leaks from the previous owner’s attempt to patch things himself.
We would absolutely recommend Glacier to anyone needing a new roof. We already have neighbors who are going to use Glacier and Drew with his awesome team

Mainly, the way they answered every question, their estimate was clearly explained and written out, and always responded promptly. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company and everything and more was completed. The very best part was the roofing team that had experienced, professional, hard workers and the result was a beautiful roof that will last another 25 years. We will definitely use Glacier Property Solutions when anything else needs repair on our home!”

First time using Glacier, I am as a Real Estate Professional and they exceeded everything I had needed in a roofer. The calls to my clients were VERY professional. Glacier redid a roof on our block that looked great; and they happen to send us a piece in the mail as we were settling with Allstate on our damaged roof. Their good timing turned out to be a great new roof and gutters for us.
They were always quick to get back to me, and their assessment of the roof showed a little more work (including the damaged gutters) than the Allstate adjuster had shown. They submitted their assessment to Allstate, and the original adjuster agreed with their assessment (and admitted he missed some things).
Long story short, we have a great new roof and gutters, all replaced by a team of friendly, punctual workers and managers. I highly recommend Glacier!

Unbelievable results!! This has been an incredible experience from day one This wasn’t my first time trading but honestly I didn’t know what to expect when I first joined. After much loss. Glacier was the only company to follow through with an estimate for what we wanted. We gave them the go ahead and with in a week and a half, they started putting on a beautiful new roof for us. Very nice and fast working crew. Pete kept us informed of everything that was going on. These guys are fast. They had the whole house done in less than one day including cleanup!

Dave and his company are awesome! We needed a new roof on our home we were selling and they made it happen and worked with our deadlines. Just had to pay our deductible! We would recommend and work with them again without hesitation.

Awesome company! Came out to Ritzville to do a free quote for a roof leak we were having, which in itself is awesome! They gave a really reasonable quote to fix the leak, but then recommended we fix it ourselves for a 5th of the cost, then explained exactly how to do it. He gave me his card saying to call if we had any questions while doing the repair! Very respectful and professional! Would definitely call them again if I needed a repair! Thank you!

I had to admit, I was skeptical at first when I got a knock on the door from this contractor saying my roof looked like it had wind damage, and the homeowners insurance would pay for a replacement. They also said that they would accept whatever the insurance paid as payment in full. All I had to pay was my deductible. After a little online research, I tried to give it a go. IT WAS EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED! They helped me submit my claim to the insurance, their crew was professional and hard-working. They worked dawn till dusk and finished in just over a couple of days. Was very painless, I would highly recommend.

They took care of EVERYTHING! Our insurance company, permits, the adjusters, EVERTHING! Very professional and knowledgeable! The process was quick and before we knew it, our roof was complete! They cleaned up when they were finished and even updated our vents at no cost to us! Now our roof is up to date and BEAUTIFUL!! Thank you Glacier and Eddie! We will definitely call you guys if we need work done again and refer you guys to everyone who needs your services!!
