We are in growth mode and are hiring top talent for our Sales Estimator role. The Ideal candidate has a passion and drive for selling services and providing elite-level customer service. You will also understand the effectiveness of relationship-based selling and the power of direct sales. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our services
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless execution of projects during & post-sale
- Build/Maintain relationships of trust with industry partners, referral sources, and the communities we serve for long-term brand growth
- Utilize the company’s cloud-based system daily to track activity, manage opportunities, and drive results
- Responsible for actively self-generating business via numerous direct selling verticals.
- Experience in roofing, home exteriors, or related industries is a plus (but not required)
- Background in direct sales / direct marketing / b2b sales
- A self-directed, competitive, and performance-driven mindset
- Strong communicator who values collaboration and being part of a team

- Able to manage projects independently from first contact through completion
