Sales Estimator

We are in growth mode and are hiring top talent for our Sales Estimator role. The Ideal candidate has a passion and drive for selling services and providing elite-level customer service. You will also understand the effectiveness of relationship-based selling and the power of direct sales. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Utilize the company’s cloud-based system daily, scheduling and documenting activities, and developing prospective client profiles.
- Participate in generating new business through direct selling/direct marketing activities.
- Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service needs.
- Assist Homeowners through the insurance claim process (wind/hail)
- Build relationships of trust with Industry Partners, Power and Trade Partners.
- Meet or exceed new business sales goals.
- Outside direct sales position (1099 Representative)
- Draw/Commission Structure
- Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
- Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service needs.
- Assist Homeowners through the insurance process
- Build rapport and trust with Clients (both Residential and Commercial)
- Meet or exceed new business sales goals.
- Complete scheduled and cold call prospecting activities to establish first and follow up the appointment with customer decision makers.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers.
- Utilize the company’s Cloud-based system daily, scheduling, documenting activities, and developing prospective customer profiles.
- Regularly meet with ASL/Team Leader to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers.
- Must be willing to generate a pipeline of self generated leads by numerous activities from door to door, direct marketing and networking
- Prior experience in roofing, home exteriors, or related industries is a plus (but not required)
- Prior experience in sales / direct sales / direct marketing/customer service
- A self-starter with the ability to generate your own leads and build a pipeline
- A team player with strong communication skills, eager to work in a collaborative environment
- Be Tech Savvy.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish

NOTE: We allow reps to start Part Time (*We have had individuals earn 50K-70K working with us Part Time / Side Hustle)
