We are excited to share this opportunity at Glacier Roofing and Exteriors! As a Home Improvement Sales Consultant, you are the first line of contact between Glacier and our clients.

We specialize in roofing and exterior restoration and have decades of experience dealing with insurance claim restoration and reroofing and reconstruction projects. We are a local company and offer an extremely competitive commission-based compensation! We provide an open book payment structure allowing Sales Consultants to understand their income potential without all the hidden fees!

Opportunity Description/ Responsibilities

Customer decision-makers.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision-makers.
Utilize the company’s Cloud-based system daily, scheduling, documenting activities, and developing prospective customer profiles.
Regularly meet with ASL/Team Leader to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers.
Must be willing to generate a pipeline of self generated leads by numerous activities from door to door, direct marketing and networking

Compensation

Income from Independent Sales
- 1st Year Reps: 30k to 80k
- 2nd Year Reps: 80k to 150k++

Draw/Commission Structure (1099 Rep)

Annual Bonus Structure for Individual Sales

Company Incentive Trip and Contests

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and communication skills
Driven and Self Motivated Individual
Prior sales / direct sales experience strongly preferred
Competitive, Sports Minded Individuals excel with our system
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field preferred.
Construction/ Home Improvement Industry Experience a Plus
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Basic computer and internet skills
Ability to use a smartphone/tablet
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Not afraid of heights. Roof inspections are required in this role!
Must be able to pass a background check
