In 2015, we established Glacier with a specialized focus on re-roofing, exteriors, and reconstruction projects.
At Glacier, we are a family-owned and operated company founded on doing what is right for others, not for self. We do our projects through quality-focused reconstruction practices and adhere to the highest standards. From humble beginnings to growing and being recognized as a progressive leader in the roofing and home improvement industry. Headquartered in beautiful Coeur d’ Alene, ID, with offices in Boise, ID, and Missoula, MT.
Dave and Sara founded Glacier Property Solutions in Arvada, CO, after being in the roofing and home improvement industry for 15+ years.
In fall of 2015, Glacier moved it's operations to Spokane WA.
Glacier expanded into Coeur d' Alene, ID.
Expanded to Flathead Valley Montana.
Began serving commercial clients, commercial property management, and custom builders.
Recognized by numerous sources as one of the largest roofing installers in the Inland Northwest.
Awarded as the only Emerald Premium Malarkey in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho
Achieving 45%+ annual growth.
Established regional offices in Boise and Western Montana

After over a decade of building and managing property owners’ projects, I still love to see how we take an old worn-out home and turn it into a homeowner’s dream.”
