Overview

Qualified candidates for the Area Sales Leader position will have at least 2 years of sales leadership experience and at least 2 years of sales experience directly in the roofing/home improvement industry. This role earns an average income of $150,000/yr while top performers have earned $350,000+.

This role includes 4 weeks of training that reviews how to:

Train and manage a sales team

Master our Glacier Playbook Training platform

Complete insurance adjuster assessments

Provide insurance claims assistance

Scout territories and new opportunities
Work with our Business Development Team on commercial opportunities and community events
Manage the customer experience from start to finish

Once your training is complete, you will be responsible for the onboarding of new reps, training and development of the new representatives and you will supervise their sales activity using our company systems. You will focus on onboarding, supervising sales, scouting territory, team management, client relations, assisting with marketing/events, and sales pipeline management. Successful Area Sales Leaders understand that this role can be time-intensive (60+ hours per week) in our busy season (March – November typically).

Compensation

Income from Independent Sales (30k to 250k)
Draw/Commission Structure (1099 Rep)

Profit Share Program Available for ASL (% of GP)
Annual Bonus Structure for Individual Sales

Company Incentive Trip and Contests

Area Sales Leaders have earning potential of $300,000 + per Year.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and communication skills
Highly driven and self-motivated individual
Minimum 2 years of Roofing/Insurance Restoration/Construction sales
Must have 2-4 years of proven success in Sales Leadership role
Highly organized, high attention to detail
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Advanced computer and internet skills
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Ability to carry and climb a ladder and do roof/property inspections
Must have 3 professional references
Must be able and willing to take a background check
